The best pecan pie in the world (not that I've had them all unfortunately, but we can pretend) is from the Chosun Westin Hotel in Seoul! It is the best! But I can't figure out what in the recipe allows it to be so. What's the secret? Hmmm! Maybe you can tell from the photos...
When I make pecan pie I always add 1-1.5 tsp more cinnamon than whatever recipe I'm using requires. I think it adds a little something, but who knows?
